Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused Lead UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end research and design initiatives. This role requires a strong UX mindset to bridge the gap between creative design and functional user experience, delivering impactful, user-centered solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences through research insights, visual storytelling, and innovative design strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research (user interviews, usability testing, surveys)
- Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations
- Design and deliver high-quality storyboards, layouts, icons, infographics, and animations
