Lead Test Engineer

Genesys is a cloud platform provider that helps organizations achieve loyalty and operational efficiency. As part of the Genesys Cloud Analytics team, you will lead testing for Batch Analytics.

Role Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer in Test, you will design test strategies for new features developed for the Batch Analytics Team and collaborate with Product Management, Development, UX, and Documentation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand architecture and design decisions to define and implement new tests and automation.
• Evaluate end‑user experience and assert overall quality of features.
• Develop test plans and strategies with delivery teams.
• Design and implement automated tests for APIs and data pipelines.
