• Lead training needs assessments and development intake
• Design and implement effective learning solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs
• Review and analyze feedback for improvements
• Mentor and oversee junior staff in learning delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant area
• At least 5 years of experience in talent development
• Certification in adult education preferred
