What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Lead Application Administrator is responsible for assessing, researching, and analyzing business and technical application requirements to support and resolve systems issues within the RBC supported solution. The role supports multiple applications and their technical environments, requiring expert knowledge and the ability to lead technical teams.

What will you do?

  • DR planning and participation in DR tests; understand how to set up, maintain and cutover to DR.
  • Implement and support new software versions and system software; set up software in development, QA, production and DR environments.
  • Provide technical assistance with projects.
  • Incident and problem management including during and post‑incident analysis.
  • Research and implement new technology per project and support needs.
