PTW is seeking a Lead Software QA - Manual Tester to join our team. Will lead a team focused on manually testing third-party software.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Manual QA testers to ensure the quality of our software. Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, and automated scripts. Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and develop appropriate testing strategies. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Liaise with internal teams (, developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Monitor debugging process results. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
