Position: Lead Software Engineer (Python, .NET, Azure, Microservices)

Location: Hybrid, 3x per week onsite (Toronto, ON)

Structure: Full-Time

Compensation: $150K–$170K Base Salary

Requirements:

8–10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 2–3+ years in a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer capacity

Strong hands-on experience building scalable distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and event-driven applications

Strong backend development experience with Python and/or C#/.NET

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Angular

Experience working within cloud-native environments using Azu...
