Responsabilidades
LEAD COUNSEL
GENERAL BUSINESS LAW INCLUDING LITIGATION, LABOR & EMPLOYMENT, COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS & CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
Advise Mexico operations on all labor and employment laws.
Assist with arranging and properly documenting all necessary and/or appropriate meetings required to maintain appropriate corporate governance and assist with maintenance of corporate records.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including manufacturing agreements, procurement agreements, real estate, and non-disclosure agreements.
