Lead Senior Counsel

The Lead Counsel reporting to Panasonic North America, supporting Hussmann as well as Panasonic, is responsible for advising Mexico operations on all general business law, including litigation, labor & employment, commercial contracts, and corporate secretarial matters.

LEAD COUNSEL

GENERAL BUSINESS LAW INCLUDING LITIGATION, LABOR & EMPLOYMENT, COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS & CORPORATE SECRETARIAL

• Advise Mexico operations on all labor and employment laws.
• Assist with arranging and properly documenting all necessary and/or appropriate meetings required to maintain corporate governance and maintain corporate records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including manufacturing agreements, procurement agreements, real estate, and non-disclosure agreements.
