Lead Seasonal Boating Program with Engaging Camp Experiences
Job Description
Elevate summer fun as the Boating Program Head! Oversee safe and engaging boating experiences while leading a dynamic camp environment across various GTA locations.
This seasonal contract role starts June 1, 2026, and offers up to 40 hours per week until September 4, 2026. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all boating programs and supporting camp counselors to deliver quality programming. Work directly on equipment maintenance and ensure that each boating activity meets necessary safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of boating programs
• Maintain and organize boating equipment
• Plan skill level sessions for participants
• Provide supervision and leadership during activities
• Ensure safety of waterfront activities
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and NLS certification
• Minimum one year in camp or aquatic environments
• Strong relationship-building skills
