Lead Safety Advisor - Electrical Maintenance
Job Description
Raylec Power (Alberta) LP is seeking a Safety Advisor in Rocky View County, Alberta, to enhance safety compliance in our electrical maintenance operations. Take the lead in implementing safety programs and audits.
In this full-time position, you will drive the organization’s safety initiatives and promote safe work practices. This role requires a hands-on safety expert with effective communication and leadership skills to ensure operational success and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety audits and site inspections
• Lead workplace incident investigations and reporting
• Develop and revise safety-related documentation
• Create hazard assessments for new projects
• Manage Return-to-Work and accommodation processes
Requirements:
• NCSO or CRSP designation required
• At least two years in a professional safety role
• Extensive knowledge of OH&S and workplace safety legislation
• Proven experience in training and communication
