Lead RPA Engineering Specialist (Hybrid)

We are seeking someone to join the Insider Risk Management Technology team in the Cyber department as an experienced Automation Engineering Lead to design and deliver automations and process improvements that drive measurable efficiency across the organization. This role leads a small engineering team to deliver high‑impact UiPath automations, working closely with stakeholders to analyze and automate business processes. It requires strong RPA expertise, SDLC and governance knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The role acts as a technical authority and delivery lead, partnering with architects and operations to ensure scalable, compliant automations aligned to business goals.
