The Lead Shelter and Respite Generalist oversees the daily operation of the Nativity House Respite and Resident Coordinators in the absence of the program supervisor. The Lead is responsible for operational oversight, behavioral management, staff support, service coordination, and accurate data entry and reporting. This position requires strong leadership, organization, crisis management, and the ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders.
