This is a high-ownership role for a recruiter who thrives in the talent-as-a-service model. You aren't just filling seats; you are building the human infrastructure for our clients, specializing in hiring Growth Managers, GTM Engineers, and SDRs.

Role Overview

The Lead Recruiter owns the end-to-end hiring funnel. You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing the placement process to ensure our clients have the talent they need to scale.

C1 English is required for this role.
