Job Description
Become a Lead Quality Control Inspector at our Kingsville Distribution Center, a 24/7 refrigerated facility. Oversee product quality, ensure compliance, and facilitate training initiatives month-to-month.
This full-time, permanent role emphasizes proactive quality assurance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll validate product specifications, pull non-compliant items, and assist in inspections across various operational areas. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards and excellent presentation for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications
• Validate correct product allocation and shipment
• Assist in product inspections and adhere to labeling specifications
• Oversee operations when the Supervisor is unavailable
• Report quality exceptions to the Supervisor
Requirements:
• One-year college degree or six months of relevant experience
• Previous experience in the produce industry preferred
