Drive quality assurance excellence as a Lead Quality Assurance professional in a hands-on manufacturing plant. Ensure product consistency, build QA discipline, and partner with operations to support business scaling.
In this essential role, you will lead the QA function end to end and be actively involved on the production floor. You will be pivotal in defining and enforcing critical quality attributes (CQAs) while managing a dynamic QA team across shifts. Collaborating closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Production, you'll not only address immediate issues but also prevent future occurrences.
