About the Role

Lead Promotions Ambassador serving as a ROM ambassador, interfacing with the public and delivering content both onsite and offsite. The role promotes and engages potential visitors with ROM’s collections and special exhibitions, encouraging visitation and membership. The ambassador delivers guided experiences to Promotions, Tourism and Group Sales clients and ROM Members, providing a welcoming experience for visitors of all ages. The lead also supervises other Promotions Ambassadors to ensure successful execution and a positive experience for the audience.

Responsibilities

• Energetically execute and deliver onsite and offsite promotional experiences, speaking knowledgeably about the Museum’s key exhibitions and programs.
