Lead Project Management Specialist
Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Planning and Execution:**
+ Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and deliverables for all different project types in the portfolio (People, Infrastructure, Insourcing, DC, ISC)
+ Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
+ Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
+ Work closely with HR & Comms leaders to effectively manage project comms;
+ Work closely with supporting functions (IT, AME, Engineering, Sourcing, etc)
+ Facilitate project reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior management for OEF (People) projects
+ **PMO Governance:**
+ Ensure data integrity in Master File & HRP
+ **Stakeholder Management:**
+ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and regional business & functional leaders
