The Lead, Production Quality is responsible for the leadership of the quality function at the facility and will assist the Plant Manager in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the facility. This role manages the processes that ensure that products and services are of the highest quality, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties & Accountabilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs quality assurance and food safety programs designed to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards.
• Implements and maintains the SOPs that ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance programs such as Health Canada, Food Safety, HACCP, etc.
• Acts as the facility's point person for any customer or third‑party quality or food safety audits.
