Lead Product Analyst

Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team, to help drive data‑driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI Performance:
  • You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them.
  • Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's KPIs.
  • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
• Analytical Leadership in Product Launches:
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
