Job Description
Birdman, based in Guadalajara, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the paid media strategy for its D2C channel across Shopify MX and US. The right candidate will take ownership of ROAS and CAC, and ensure the effective execution of paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
With a strong emphasis on data-driven marketing, the role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience with proven results in managing paid media campaigns and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
