In your position as OCS Construction Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and management of all OCS-related construction activities. Your leadership will ensure projects not only meet technical standards but are also completed safely and on schedule. You'll work closely with contractors and coordination teams to overcome challenges in the urban railway environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all construction activities for the Overhead Catenary System
• Supervise contractor adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage installation of key OCS components like poles and portals
• Facilitate collaboration between traction power and civil works
