You will be responsible for developing estimates and guiding a team on larger-scale projects, ensuring compliance with forecasting methods and techniques. Your role is vital in establishing project costs and enhancing estimating accuracy within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive estimate plans
• Leverage expertise to set accurate project estimates
• Perform peer reviews to enhance estimate reliability
• Improve conceptual estimating practices continually
• Provide coaching on estimating fundamentals to junior staff
Requirements:
• Four-year degree and a minimum of ten years’ experience
• Strong communication skills across various professional levels
