Lead Manager for Private Asset Operations
Job Description
Elevate operational standards in Private Asset Funds as the Lead Manager. Drive accuracy in trading and ensure effective execution across all operational components for Private Asset products.
You will have primary responsibility over the operations of Private Asset Funds, leading a team that includes IT, Portfolio Admin, and Compliance. Collaborating with the Director of Private Assets & Product Development, you will ensure that subscriptions and distributions are met within deadlines. This role focuses on enhancing product offerings and reporting capabilities, aligning various internal departments for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations ensuring high accuracy for trading activities
• Guarantee timely subscriptions, rollovers, and redemptions
• Work closely with vendors to ensure proper product setup
• Manage reporting processes for Portfolio Management teams
• Develop projects to increase operational effectiveness
