Lead Management Team Lead – Hybrid/Remote

Link-Worldwide seeks a Lead Management Supervisor to oversee the Marketing Contact Center, managing a team responsible for qualifying and handling inbound customer leads. This hybrid role requires being onsite in Mexico – Estado de México, at least three days a week.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in lead management and 5 years in a leadership capacity, alongside strong communication skills and a deep understanding of lead management technologies.
