Job DescriptionThe Lead Instructor works collaboratively with the Division Chair to provide leadership for the Medical Office Administration and Office Management programs. They perform their duties in cooperation with the Division Chair and Vice President of Instruction. Primary administrative responsibilities include program development and management, budget development and management, maintaining accreditation and external partnerships, and overseeing day-to-day operations for faculty and staff. Instructional responsibilities require a strong program skill set and the ability to teach students effectively. The Lead Instructor is a full‑time faculty member and maintains all job responsibilities of a full‑time faculty member in addition to Lead responsibilities.
