Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Lead HVAC Installer
to join our growing team in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can take charge of residential installations, lead a crew, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead installation of heat‑pump based residential HVAC installation
Supervise and mentor junior installers and helpers
Keep accurate records of all required pre‑inspection and post‑installation paperwork
Ensure all work complies with Ontario codes and safety regulations
Communicate clearly with customers and team members on‑site
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
Required Qualifications
Must hold one of the following certifications:
313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License<...
