Take on a leading role in patient care as the Hospitalist Department Head for Nova Scotia Health Authority's Eastern Zone. This full-time opportunity focuses on operational excellence and team leadership.
You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate clinical services, and ensure quality standards across the department. Engage with medical leaders and administrative partners to facilitate effective patient flow and uphold compliance with health authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative and operational functions of the department
• Conduct regular departmental meetings and prepare reports
• Work with various leaders to enhance service continuity
• Supervise training and recruitment processes for medical staff
