Lead the Way in Highway Maintenance with Ledcor Highways Ltd. Do you have extensive highway maintenance experience and strong leadership skills? Are you committed to safety and teamwork? If so, we want you on our team. We are looking for experienced professionals to support our Foreperson and highway maintenance crews. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, organization, and a safety‑first approach will help ensure the success of our team and the safety of the traveling public.

Work Conditions
Local candidates will be given preference due to the location of the work. Work may require shifts, on‑call and nighttime duties as necessary. Work is outdoors in various weather conditions. Accommodations can be provided for non‑local candidates.
