Lead Fence Installer - Construction

Job Description Summary As a member of our field staff, you are part of a large team that shares the workload and supports one another at every turn. Field staff deliver and install temporary fence, receive guidance from a Supervisor and Operations Manager, and work together to load their trucks and deliver the best customer experience possible.

Full in‑depth training and coaching, including forklift certification, is provided.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves daily interaction with clients, operations staff, and their counterparts.

Responsibilities As a Fence Installer & Driver you will:

Transport fence materials safely to and from job sites using a one‑tonne truck.

Serve as the lead hand on site, supervising the crew during fence installation.

Safely set up and tear down temporary fencing per company procedures.
