The Sail and Life Training Society (SALTS) in Victoria, BC seeks an Executive Director. Drive mission-focused sail training and character-building initiatives for youth.
SALTS is searching for a dynamic chief executive leader who champions their mission of shaping young lives through unique sailing experiences. The Executive Director is accountable for the organization’s strategic direction and operational excellence while nurturing a values-based culture. You will serve as a key public representative, enhancing trust and credibility within the wider community and stakeholders.

• Guide SALTS' overall leadership and vision
