Lead Event Producer
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Annual calendar planning + JIT opportunity evaluation
- Contract review, budget recommendation, and spend tracking
- Collateral production (Cvent pages, emails, social, signage, booth design)
- Lead capture (iCapture or regional equivalent) and Salesforce hygiene
- Post‑event reporting with KPIs and insights
- Build relationships with organizers for speaking slots and partnerships
- Adopt and share best practices across regions; contribute to BKMs and templates
- 4–7 years in event production (B2B tech or industrial preferred)
- Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written/verbal skills
- Hands‑on with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools (Asana, Confluence, Skilljar)
- Budget & contract fluency; vendor negotiation experience
- Language & compliance per region (see below)
