Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on EHS regulatory compliance and environmental and safety risk management.
• Lead and support EHS compliance audits and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management system audits.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve EHS management systems aligned with regulatory and best‑practice requirements.
• Deliver EHS due diligence services for mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and major capital projects .
• Serve as Project Manager or Task Lead on consulting assignments, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Work directly with clients, lenders, investors, legal counsel, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare clear, defensible technical reports suitable for clients, lenders, investors, and legal review.
