Take charge as a Senior Manager in Engineering, overseeing a team of skilled professionals. Manage hiring, performance, and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code in a supportive hybrid environment.
This pivotal role reports to the Senior Director and contributes to technical analysis within the electrical engineering field. You will manage program and people effectively, ensuring team deliverables align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing teamwork plans, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and addressing complex engineering issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hiring and performance management for engineering team
• Develop Ontario Electrical Safety Code and related documents
• Facilitate communication and integration with cross-functional teams
• Support powerline safety initiatives to minimize incidents
• Provide operational consultation to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
