Lead Engineer-Steam Turbine Services

**Roles and Responsibilities****ITO (Inquiry to Order) - under the supervision of senior team members, and with increasing self-sufficiency over time**:- **Translate customer needs into clear requirements and winning Steam Turbine CM&U proposals that improve Customer value, through improvements in performance, reliability, flexibility, etc.
**:- **Scope and estimate work with Sales, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, Compliance, Sourcing, Product Line, and Field teams; define assumptions, risks, and deliverables.
**:- **Serve as technical point of contact in customer discussions; capture the Voice of the Customer and feed it into GEV solutions.
**:- **Perform turbine and balance‐of‐plant studies and document recommendations.
**:- **Contribute to Lean, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives.
