**Job Title: Lead Electrician – New Commercial Construction**
**Job Description**
This role is for a hands-on lead electrician who will work on the tools while supervising and directing a crew on a new commercial construction project. You will oversee electrical installations from rough-in to finish, ensure work meets code and safety standards, and coordinate day-to-day activities on site in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and supervise an on-site electrical crew on new commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
+ Work on the tools daily, performing installations, repairs, and troubleshooting while providing guidance and support to crew members.
