Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in (growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, events, etc.) marketing.
- 1 year of experience in people management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience building cross functional partnerships and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Marketing Automation technology, familiarity with GenAI tools and innovations in the field of customer engagement.
- Experience in building, growing, and managing teams.
- Familiarity with relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design with excellent project management and communication skills.
