As a key player in this Senior Estimator role, you will take charge of civil project estimates from strategy to turnover. With at least 10 years of experience in civil construction estimating, you will work closely with executive leaders while ensuring high-quality project bids. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all estimating activities for civil projects
• Execute precise take-offs and develop detailed work plans
• Cultivate relationships with sub-trades and clients
• Assess project developments and apply value engineering
• Guide the future generation of estimating talent
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience with a construction-related degree
• Proficiency in estimating software (OST, costX, B2W)
