You will play a crucial role in managing change initiatives, leveraging your 7+ years of experience in technology-driven projects, particularly in regulated sectors. Your strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills are key in navigating matrixed environments. Preferred qualifications include a Prosci/ACMP certification and familiarity with agile/hybrid workflows.

• Develop Change Management Approach and Plans including hypercare
• Build a Change Network of agents and ambassadors
• Create and implement stakeholder engagement communications
