Job Description
Shape the camp experience as a Lead Camp Counsellor at MAC Summer Camps in Vancouver, BC. Ensure a fun and safe environment for all participants during the summer program.
Join MAC Summer Camps for a fixed-term full-time role from July 6 to August 28, with essential training days in June. Counselors are expected to supervise campers closely, lead activities, and handle all safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of camp procedures, and effective communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety through supervision and emergency procedure enforcement
• Coordinate and lead daily camp activities and schedules
• Monitor supplies and manage registration processes
• Provide clear communication and maintain customer service standards
• Document incidents and follow up with management as needed
