Job Description

As an Lead AI Software Developer, you will drive the evolution of AI at RBC, transitioning from static models to Autonomous Agentic Workflows. You will orchestrate systems where AI agents collaborate to solve complex financial problems, utilizing LangGraph, Claude Agent Skills, and MCP. This role requires a high-level blend of full-stack engineering (React/FastAPI), Kubernetes deployment, and advanced model training (Fine-tuning/RL).What Will You Do?

Agentic Orchestration: Architect multi-agent stateful workflows using LangGraph or equivalent frameworks to automate complex banking processes.

Advanced Tooling: Implement Claude Agentic Skills and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure agent interaction with RBC’s internal financial tools.

AI (Human-in-the-Loop): Design Human-in-the-loop (HITL) patterns via React/TypeScript interfaces to ensure high-stakes financial decisions remain governed.
