Overview

Hybrid work schedule - Montreal office . The lawyer-revisor revises the legal aspects of a range of French and English translations in various areas of the law. They will serve as a dual-qualified legal and linguistic expert, reviewing, editing, and occasionally translating specialized legal texts, such as securities, commercial contracts, and financial market documents. They ensure consistency, precision, and legal accuracy, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

You Will Be Focusing On

• Revise, from a legal standpoint, the French and English translations produced by the team for the firm's clients in order to provide a translation opinion, if necessary, in legal and financial areas and meet often very tight deadlines
• Provide translators with feedback and discusses same, as needed
