Position Summary

The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a wide range of corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance matters. This position will play a key role in mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business operations through effective legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Support labor relations matters, including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when necessary.
