Job Description
Summary: Dickinson Wright LLP is a full-service business law firm located in the financial district in downtown Toronto. Staff designated at Dickinson Wright LLP (“the Firm”) as Law Clerks are responsible for providing professional support services to Lawyers and Clients of the Firm as assigned or otherwise necessary, on a full-time basis, unless otherwise arranged with the Firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Law Clerk at the Firm include but are not limited to:
- Open and organize new condominium files in accordance with firm procedures;
- Conduct title subsearches, off-title inquires, and obtain relevant property documents;
- Prepare and file Form 4 (Notice of Change – Condominium Corporation) and other required forms under the Condominium Act, 1998.
