Launch Excellence Lead Velys Trauma & Data Products

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence for Capital and Digital for VELYS Digital and Capital technologies.
• Manage large projects, processes, and cross‑functional teams for VELYS Digital and Capital implementations, ensuring deliverables are coordinated to support successful outcomes using multiple project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Drive process development and simplification across cross‑functional teams to enable efficient delivery of VELYS Digital and Capital technologies.
• Implement systems to develop, streamline, and implement processes, including best‑in‑class automation processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate improved data collation, management, and insight generation to enable informed business decisions, and communicate data‑driven insights on organisational progress.
• Ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables across regional commercial, functional, and country teams.
