LATAM Payments Manager São Paulo

We are seeking an experienced LatAm Payments Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and support all aspects of payment operations in Latin America (currently Brazil and Mexico), with a strong focus on transaction monitoring, operational efficiency, and enhancing payment performance.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for local third‑party payment providers and work cross‑functionally with internal teams to drive performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee and improve end‑to‑end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries
• Manage and collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure optimal service and resolution of complex transaction issues
