LAR Regional Operations Manager

Location: Open to candidates based in Belmopan (Belize), Bogota (Colombia), Guatemala City (Guatemala), Lima (Peru), Mexico City (Mexico), or São Paulo (Brazil).

Overseeing a region comprised of 500+ staff and a budget exceeding $90 million, you will set the vision for operational excellence and foster a culture of high performance across diverse teams. You will champion key partnerships with regional functional leads and provide oversight for Operations, Contracts, Asset and Facilities Management, and Office Safety.
