As a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-call experience, you will join a well-respected firm with a community focus. Your role will involve managing crucial transactions, mentoring junior staff, and guiding corporate clients through legal complexities. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle business law and real estate transactions
• Advise on corporate governance issues
• Ensure strong client relationships through effective communication
• Negotiate significant mergers and acquisitions
• Oversee the conveyance department with management
Requirements:
• Law Society of BC member in good standing
• At least 5 years post-call experience
