JOB SUMMARY

The Landscape Gardener Helper assists in the care and maintenance of approximately three acres of decorative therapeutic gardens, including a labyrinth, water features, pathways, patios, and seating areas accessed by residents, patients, families, and community members.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical horticultural skills while contributing to a peaceful and healing environment within a hospice setting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & SUCCESS CRITERIA

• Planting and transplanting flowers, shrubs, and vegetables
• Weeding and maintaining garden beds and landscaped areas
• Pruning shrubs and performing seasonal garden maintenance
