Ledcor is looking for a skilled Field Surveyor / Survey Crew Leader to play a hands‑on role in delivering major rail corridor construction work. Focused on structures, utilities, and earthworks, this position leads daily field survey operations and ensures precise execution across all survey‑related activities on site.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing layout and as‑built surveys, performing stakeouts using DTM surfaces, alignments, and profiles, and carrying out essential field calculations to ensure accuracy and full compliance with design requirements. You’ll work closely with construction teams to support heavy civil activities and keep field operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings experience from large‑scale infrastructure projects, strong Civil 3D skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with site superintendents, subcontractors, and construction crews in a fast‑moving, active jobsite environment.
