About The Role
The primary objective of this role is to manage the land and aggregate resources necessary to develop and sustain the operations in the Southern Alberta region of Amrize. Key management duties include: the targeting and acquisition of new aggregate properties, negotiation of Agreements, permitting/approval related activities, developing positive relationships with stakeholders including provincial and municipal governments, local First Nations, neighbors and communities, and effective documentation of land resources using the Land Information System (“LIS”).
What You’ll Accomplish
- Target, acquire, and divest aggregate properties to sustain operations, maximizing value for Amrize. This involves due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
- Secure and maintain all necessary land and resource permits and approvals from various government bodies in Alberta.
